5 Star - I want to thank Cellular Surgeons Metro Detroit Phone Repair for the excellent service they provided repairing my iphone. I dropped my phone in a swimming pool; it was completely saturated with water. It wasn't working so I rushed over to the Southgate location to see if they could save the phone. I told the service technician I was on call for work and desperately need it repaired. He took the cover off and showed me the inside was completely wet and worked on it immediately. He was able to dry it out, clean the inside and replace the display within an hour, The phone worked perfectly. I will recommend this comp

Costs are much cheaper than the Apple store and I don't have to wait around for 3 hours to get assistance. Customer service is always friendly. 4 Star - I needed a new screen ordered for my phone. They said is would be 3-5 business days to get the part in. It has now been 7 business days and the part has not come in and they don't know when it will. I wish they had said that they don't know when the part will come in, instead of saying 3-5 days originally. I feel misled. I also wish they were able to get faster shipping or at least better estimates. UPDATE: It took a total of 13 business days to get the part for my phone. However, iPhone repair wanted to make things right and refunded me for the charge for the service. I appreciate that they want to satisfy their customers.

5 Star - There was a flat $90 fee which was reasonable. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. She was a great listener with empathy and a sense of humor as well as patience. I had a strange problem with my iPhone screen; she opened the phone, repaired severed connections, replaced the screen and explained all of this to me in simple language. I HIGHLY recommend this phone repair shop! The shop is deceptively empty- bare shelves and showroom. But the shop and especially repair area are clean and modern with highest quality parts and furnishings.

5 Star - Don't be fooled by the name, they do phones besides iPhones! We had a broken LG G2, dropped it and cracked the screen, thus rendering the touch screen unusable. The LCD and digitizer had to be replaced. We got quotes from a couple of different places, and this place was the cheapest. We took it in Friday evening, parts had to be ordered, left the phone there, and we got a call Monday morning to come pick it up! The staff was polite and professional and friendly, and we couldn't be happier. Wonderful service and we will recommend this to anyone with a broken phone.

5 Star - Excellent service. Went to get my Iphone 5 fixed for $77, and they got it done in 20 minutes! They replaced my cracked screen so fast, and they were very pleasant to speak to. They replaced the digitizer (I believe that's what they called it) and also fixed an issue with my wifi that I was having in my settings- NO CHARGE! All-in-all, they completely surpassed my expectations when it came to the service. And the establishment was very clean and organized. I've had screen fixed for 2 weeks now, and it is still going strong, so I am assuming the parts are great quality! Using that very screen to write this review right now! Very happy with this business.
